In case of cancellation of a reservation on a long-distance route , either 70% of the ticket price is refunded, if the cancellation was made at least 8 hours before departure , or 50% of the ticket price, if the cancellation was made in less than 8 hours before the time of departure, either modify the tickets for the day of the trip free of charge or transfer them to other persons.

In any case, for the return of a percentage of the ticket price or the change of ticket details (such as change of destination / route / date of implementation of the route / passenger) as a result of cancellation of a reservation as mentioned above, a visa in the ticket is required exclusively by the competent official KTEL.
