We inform the passenger public regarding ticket cancelations and refunds as follows :

In the event that the passenger cancels a ticket on an inter-provincial route at least 8 hours or more before the departure time, 70% of the ticket price is refunded.

In the event that the passenger cancels a ticket on an inter-provincial route less than 8 hours before the departure time, 50% of the ticket price is refunded.

KTEL TRIKALON has no obligation to refund any amount of money in case the indicated date and time of the trip has passed.
